What we do

Mission statement

Climate Justice Program is an independent swedish NGO with the goal of supporting grassroots organizations and individuals with tools and skills in taking action towards climate justice.

CJP was founded shortly after the climate talks in Paris, due to the urgent need of civil society engagement.

Climate change and many other environmental problems as being caused by global power inequalities, and we act on a broad range of issues.

With trainers based in Uppsala, Göteborg, Malmö and Stockholm, we are one part of the movement addressing the inequality of climate change by creating a more sustainable, equal and democratic society.

We offer a range of trainings, workshops and lectures for non-profit organizations, grassroots groups and individuals.

Through education in climate justice, action trainings, creative  workshops and skill sharing, we can tailor our events to the needs of the participants.

We host trainings on a voluntary basis and our trainers only expect travel reimbursements and lodging.
